History

ProSa as NGO was founded in 2007 in Austria, in collaboration with Dr. Ingrid Koch and the NGO founded by her in South-Africa,“The Godparent´s Project”.

The visionary Dr. Ingrid Koch´s work consisted of working as a child psychologist, together with the community leader Doreen Moses in Cape Town, to educate adoptive parents from the community, to help secure a better future for the poorest communities in SA.

Although Dr. Koch was killed in a burglary in 2014, Doreen Moses and her workers are still working every day to realize this vision.

Where the money goes

Without the distribution of food, poor children would almost never be able to get a warm meal.

In Capetown and other smaller cities in the Western Cape, where life on the streets with drugs and criminality young delinquent offenders are being cared for.
